"We enjoyed our stay here, the only thing I would say is that it's unfortunate that one person can spoil the overall impression. Upon arriving we were met with someone at reception who was rather unhelpful and came across as being quite unhappy. However, we also experienced two other staff at the desk who were lovely. Also, the position of the hotel's lift is awkward if you are using the carpark. However, the room was good, everything was clean and overall we would recommend the hotel."
